This privacy policy is issued by ProClean Experts s.r.o., Company ID: 23342196, with its registered office at Křemencova 1647/2, Nové Město, 11000 Praha 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 425597 (hereinafter the "company").

I. Introductory Provisions

The company is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and processes customers' personal data in connection with the provision of cleaning services, the use of the website, and contact communication.

II. What Personal Data We Process

  • First and last name
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Address of the home or business where the service is provided
  • Information provided in the website contact form or when ordering services
  • Data on order history and communication

III. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing

  • Performance of the contract – ensuring the ordered cleaning services
  • Compliance with legal obligations – e.g. tax and accounting records
  • Legitimate interest – protection of the company's rights, communication with customers
  • Consent – sending commercial communications (newsletters, promotions)

IV. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose, but no longer than 10 years from the last provision of the service or until consent is withdrawn (in the case of marketing).

V. Recipients of Data

The company does not pass personal data on to third parties for their own purposes, nor does it sell it. It does engage processors who run the website and deliver messages on its behalf, and who process the data solely on its instructions and under a data processing agreement:

Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany — operation of the server this website runs on. The servers are located in the European Union (Finland).

Plus Five Five, Inc., the operator of the Resend service, 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States — delivery of the submitted form to the company and of the confirmation back to the customer.

Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — operation of the company mailbox the enquiry is delivered to.

Beyond the above, data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it. The website carries no third-party analytics, statistics or advertising tools, so no other disclosure takes place.

VI. Transfers to a Third Country

E-mail delivery is handled by a processor established in the United States, whose processing operations take place primarily there. Submitting the form therefore transfers personal data to a third country within the meaning of Article 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

The transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and the processor is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. A copy of the safeguards relied on is available on request at info.procleanx@gmail.com.

The website itself runs on servers within the European Union, so hosting involves no transfer outside the EU.

VII. Cookies

The website uses no analytics, statistics or marketing cookies, carries no third-party measurement code or advertising pixels, and does not track visitor behaviour.

A single cookie is stored, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the chosen language. It is technically necessary for providing a service the visitor explicitly requested, and under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, no consent is required to store it. That is also why the site shows no cookie consent bar.
